12 Cuci Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") with 12 cuci ("Platform", "we", or "company") which operates the website at 12cuci.im.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the 12 cuci, you hereby acknowledge and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. This acceptance takes effect immediately and remains in force for as long as you hold an active account or continue using our services.

These Terms are supplementary to any specific terms relating to promotions, bonuses, or particular programmes you may participate in on the 12 cuci. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of any promotion, the more specific promotional terms shall apply in respect of that matter.

2 Member Eligibility

To register for and use the services of 12 cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from participating in online betting activities.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Has never had an account closed or banned by 12 cuci previously suspended or banned for terms violations.

12 cuci reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform 12 cuci. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information — including your full name, Malaysian phone number, and active email address.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify 12 cuci immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

12 cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 12 cuci processed using valid and recognised Malaysian payment methods. We support the following methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, DuitNow QR
• Internet Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and all major Malaysian banks

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits will be credited to your account promptly once confirmation is received from the payment provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for regular members and faster for VIP members. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by management.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 12 cuci — including the Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, and VIP Rewards — are subject to individual wagering requirements (rollover) as specified for each promotion.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at 12 cuci:

• Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per offer, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash before the rollover requirement has been met.
• 12 cuci reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system.
• All bonuses are subject to the validity period stated. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

6 Game Rules

Platform 12 cuci offers a wide range of game categories including online slots, live baccarat, table games, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), e-sports (MPL Malaysia), and more. Each game category has specific rules that must be followed.

General rules applicable to all games:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness.
• Game results that have been calculated and settled by the system are final and cannot be disputed.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as stated within the respective game interface.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 12 cuci will work to resolve the matter fairly based on system records.

For live Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, even if the odds change after the bet is confirmed. All bets are final once confirmed by the system.

7 Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a member 12 cuci, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or the provision of false information during registration or account verification.
• Use of a credit card, bank account, or payment method that does not belong to you without the owner's authorisation.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through our platform.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems. 12 cuci.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account.
• Colluding with other players to exploit vulnerabilities in a game (collusion).
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Posting offensive, threatening, or harassing content targeting other users through our communication channels.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

12 cuci takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our detailed Privacy Policy.

By using the platform 12 cuci, you authorise us to:

• Collecting registration details, transaction records, and platform usage data for service operation purposes.
• Verifying your identity via the requested identification documents.
• Using your contact information to send account notifications, promotions, and service updates.
• Sharing the necessary data with trusted third-party payment service providers to process your transactions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

12 cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of applicable laws.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Account Closure by Member: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via your approved payment method.

Inactive Account: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

12 cuci provides the betting and gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, 12 cuci is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on our platform — wagering risk is borne entirely by the member.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party system failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Transaction processing delays caused by the payment provider.

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of 12 cuci to any member will not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

12 cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, as required by operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements.

Amendment notification procedure:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before it takes effect.
• Minor amendments (such as spelling corrections or clarifications) may take effect immediately.
• The "Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• Continued use of the platform 12 cuci after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
